Direction Is Understood To Mean The Preparation Of The Ride Planning, The Ride Registration, Complaint Handling And The (Daily) Operational Communication With Parents, Young People And Treatment Locations And Tactical And Strategic Communication/ Information Provision To The Client. It Concerns Around 75 Youngsters Per Year.
