Introduction Swindon Borough Council Invites You To Contribute To Preliminary Market Engagement In Relation To Providing Responsive And Scheduled Bi-Annual Maintenance Of Its Automatic Doors Within 53 Properties (33 Sheltered Housing Schemes & 20 Corporate Civic Buildings) Comprising Of Approx. 126 Assets. The Council Intends On Tendering A Service Contract Complying With Bs En 16005 Which Would Also Include Repairing Any Faulty Automatic Doors As And When Required, With An All-Inclusive Service. This All-Inclusive Service Is Proposed To Include All Call Outs, Fault Investigations, Repairs, Labour, Materials And Travel Related Costs And Will Be Required 24 Hours, 7 Days A Week (Including Weekends And Bank Holidays). Reported Daytime Call Outs Between 8-1Pm Monday To Friday Must Have Same Day Attendance. Reported Calls Between 1-5Pm Have Until 12 Noon The Following Day (Including Weekends And Bank Holidays) First Time Fix Is Expected Where Possible.Any Reported Fault Between 8Am-5Pm To The Main Entrance Auto Door To A Sheltered Housing Scheme Must Be Attended Same Day.
