The Object Of The Public Procurement Is Delivery Of Goods Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Act) And Is The Subject Of Delivery Of Equipment For Work Under Difficult Winter Conditions (Tca), In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 4 (Four) Lots: Lot 1: Moving Tools For High Mountain Heavy Winter Conditions (Tzu) - Snowshoes, Sticks And Accessories; Lot 2: Moving Tools For High Mountain Heavy Winter Conditions (Tzu) - Shoes Combined, Ski, Vending Machines And Belts; Lot 3: Avalanche Equipment And Accessories; Lot 4: Gps - Navigator / Portable. Delivery Requirements Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Four Lots. According To Art. 46, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, Offers Can Be Submitted For One, For Several Or For All Lots. According To Art. 46, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Separate Positions Assigned To One Contractor. On The Grounds Of Art. 181, Al. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Pre -Selection. The Actions Of The Commission Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of Pppop.
