The Object Of The Intervention Covers Part Of The Premises Located On The Second Floor Of The West Wing Of The School Building, At Elevation +4.25. The Project Envisages Internal Conversion, Modernization And Adaptation Of Existing Study Premises In Order To Build A Modern, High -Function And Technologically Secured Stem Training Environment. The Project Brings Together Architectural, Construction And Installation, Electric And Low-Current, Plumbing And Finishing Activities, As Well As Delivery And Installation Of Interior And Equipment Elements. Repair And Construction Works Include-But Are Not Limited To: Dismantling And Destructive Work Related To The Removal Of Existing Cladding, Walls, Flooring, Doors, Electrical And Air Conditioning; Construction Of New Internal Partition Walls Of Aerated Concrete And Plasterboard; Laying Of New Flooring (Vinyl, Cement, Plaster, Parquet Pad); Repair And Construction Of Ceilings And Front Lining; Painting With Moisture Resistant Paints In Different Colors And Interior Layout In Accordance With The Concept Of Stem Medium; Delivery And Installation Of Aluminum Joinery According To The Specifications Prepared (Positions 6.1-6.8); Construction Of Electrical And Lighting Installation, Including Boards, Luminaires, Switches And Sockets; Construction Of The Internet And A Communication Structure, Including Delivery And Installation Of A Server With Rack, Routers, Ftp Cables And Internet Rosettes; Installation Of Plumbing And Hvac Elements, Incl. Tubular Divorces And Preparation For Future Air Conditioning Installation; Way Construction Waste And Cleaning Of The Site. The Project Does Not Envisage A Change Of Construction, Facade Or Main Engineering Networks Of The Building. All Interventions Are Within The Current Repair Within The Meaning Of The Spa And Are In Line With The Current Regulations, Including In Terms Of Energy Efficiency, Fire Safety And An Accessible Environment. All Invested Construction Products, Facilities And Installations Must Be New, Certified And Accompanied By The Necessary Documentation For Conformity, In Accordance With Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 05.02.2015. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes And Obliges The Contractor To Provide Guarantee Liability For The Periods Of The Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Different Types Of Construction Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 For The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Spa.
