The Subject Of The Contract Is Selection Of A Contractor Of Engineering - Design, Exercise Of Copyright Supervision And Execution Of Construction Works Extection With An Elevator Function For Providing An Accessible Environment - Adjustment To An Existing 4 (Four) Floor Building For School And Its Reconstruction, Free Building Within The Meaning Of § 5. 21 Of The Upi Vp Sq. 6 Of Mladost 2, Mladost District, Sofia Municipality The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity I. Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase In The Respective Parts, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Existing Sub -Sub -Sub -Tuition Regulation Specified In The Technical Specification To This Documentation. Activity Ii. Implementation Of The Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed And Approved Investment Project, In Compliance With The Requirements Of All Current Laws, Regulations, Norms Concerning The Implementation Of Sites And Works Of Such Nature In Accordance With The Technical Specifications. Activity Iii. Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of The Scope In Accordance With Art. 162 Of The Spa. A Detailed Description Of The Types Of Activities Subject To The Contract Is Contained In The Technical Specifications, An Integral Part Of This Participation Documentation.
