The Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Include The Following Attachments To Swz: A. Failure Of Works - Annexes 6 To Swz, B. Technical Specification - Annex 7 To Swz3. The Implementation Of The Contract Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular: Construction Law Of July 7, 1994, The Act Of 23 April 1964 Civil Code, The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste, The Act Of 27 April 2001 Of The Environmental Protection Law And The Act Of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law. 4. The Contractor May Make A Local Vision Before Developing The Offer. The Employer Will Enable The Local Vision To Be Carried Out For Those Interested In Contractors After An Earlier Written Notification Of The Desire To Participate In The Representatives Of Contractors In This Undertaking To The E-Mail Address: [email protected]. The Notification In Question Should Contain The Name Of The Person Participating In The Local Vision, As Well As The Contact Number To Provide The Details Of The Time And Place Of Its Conduct, Which Will Depend On The Number Of Volunteers.
