1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of Sanitary Sewage System In Order To Drain Sewage From The Museum Of The Mazovian Village Museum In Sierpc To The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Design Documentation And Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex 10 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Documentation And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 11 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Specified In Annex 10 To Swz Required Features Of Materials, Products Or Services, Corresponding To The Purpose Intended By The Ordering Party, In Particular, He Determined The Requirements, Adequately To The Subject Of The Order, Adapting The Project To The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Availability For Disabled People. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Grant A Guarantee For Completed Construction Works And Delivered Devices, Which Are The Subject Of This Contract For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Non -Abrupt Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Event Of Defects, The Date Of Their Removal, Is The Date Of Completion Of The Execution Of Works Covered By The Order. The Warranty Period For Completed Robots And Supplied Devices Is Also A Criterion For Assessing Offers With A Weight Of 40 % And Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Principles Indicated In Point 20 Swz. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Grant The Warranty For Completed Construction Works And The Supplied Devices, Which Are The Subject Of This Contract For A Period Of 60 Months, From The Date Of Signing The Non -Abolition Protocol Of The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Event Of Defects, The Date Of Their Removal, Is The Date Of Completion Of The Works Covered By This Contract. 6. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Act, The Employer Requires In The Course Of The Implementation Of The Contract On This Public Procurement By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under The Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277) Of Persons In Workers Positions Performing Physical (Construction) Works Corresponding To The Scope Specified In The Documentation. 7. The Requirement Referred To Above Does Not Apply To: 1) Persons Performing Other Activities Than Physical (Construction) Activities, 2) Persons With Construction Qualifications Or Other Professional Qualifications, Performing Technically Independent Tasks, 3) Self -Employed Persons Performing Activities In Person On The Basis Of Civil Law Contracts Concluded As Part Of Conducted Business Activities.
