Tenders Are Invited For Successive Delivery Of Food Products For Public Kindergarten No. 1 With Integration Departments In Ożarów Mazowiecki

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Saved In The Budget Of Public Kindergarten No. 1 With Integration Departments In Ożarów Mazowiecki On 2025 / 2026.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For Public Kindergarten No. 1 With Integration Departments In Ożarów Mazowiecki In The Assortment And Quantities (Subject To Point 4.3 Of Swz) Given In Annex 1 To Swz.Cz. Parta: Food Articles3. A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To Swz And Item 4 Of Swz. In The Above -Mentioned Attachment, The Quantity Of Deliveries Is A Respective Demand For A Maximum Period Of 12 Months, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With The Proviso That The Duration Of The Contract Ends On 31.08.2026 (Suspension Of Deliveries In The Holiday Months: July Or August 2026 - Work Break Order Processing) 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract May Change, I.E.: A) The Quantities Of Products In Individual Parts Are Estimated And May Be Reduced (By A Maximum Of 30%). They Will Only Be Used To Compare Offers And Select The Best Offer, I.E. That They Do Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order, As A Result Of Which They Cannot Constitute Grounds For Submitting Claims For Unrealized Deliveries Or The Grounds To Refuse To Implement Deliveries. The Contracting Authority Will Not Bear Negative Financial Effects Caused By A Reduction In The Number And Value Of Deliveries. The Employer Reserves The Right To Change Quantitative Deliveries Between The Items Regarding The Order. B) The Purchaser Also Allows The Possibility Of Increasing The Ordered Quantities Of Individual Products Specified In Annex 1 To Swz. In Connection With The Above, The Employer, Referring To The Provision Of Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Act Provides For The Possibility Of Applying The Right Of Options. In The Event That During The Performance Of The Contract It Turns Out That The Employers Demand For The Supply Of Food Products, Not Included In Annex 1 To Swz, Increases, The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options And Increasing Deliveries At Flat -Rate Gross Unit Prices That The Contractor Specified In Its Offer Should Be Reserved. Delivery Covered By The Right Option May Not Exceed 30% Of The Total Gross Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. The Employer Allows The Valorisation Of The Prices Of Products Contained In The Contractors Offer During The Performance Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Contract. 6. Changing Prices As A Result Of Valorisation Requires A Written Form Under Pain Of Nullity. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Pn Standards Or European Harmonized Standards, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On The Group Of Foods Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In Units Of The Education System And The Requirements That The Foodstuffs Must Be Met As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children
