The General Plan Should Be Drawn Up In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular: A) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Executive Acts, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 8 December 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Field Of Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended), B) By The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, The Participation Of Society In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended) Separate Relations Relating To The Subject Of The Contract And: Spatial Planning And Development, Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Forest And Agricultural Land, Revitalization, Etc. And The Protection Of Personal Data. The Contractor Undertakes To Grant The Employer A Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 24 Months. The Object Of The Contract Must Be Prepared By Persons Who Meet At Least One Of The Conditions Set Out In Art. 5 Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development.
