1) The Contractors Duties Include The Preparation Of Complete Design And Performance Documentation Together With Obtaining A Decision On The Building Permit/Reporting Intention To Perform Works, Including, Among Others:) For Design (Or Fundamental Purposes With Matters In The Case Of Reporting Works) Together With A Record On A Digital Medium, E.G. Cd, Flash Memory (*.Dxf)-1 Copy; B) Reserves That, As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Correct Course Of Road Plots Boundaries And Other, Or To Perform Formal Activities Enabling The Legal Sanctioning Of The Bicycle Path, Which Must Be Agreed With The Employer Each Time; C) Due To The Design Of A Bicycle Path On Plots Belonging To The Poviat Eldership, The Agreement Of The Abovementioned Undertaking With The Poviat Eldership Based In Gorzów Wlkp., In Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Permission From The Poviat Eldership To Dispose Of Real Estate For Construction Purposes, Including Design Works On Plots Taking Into Account The Planned Bicycle Path; The Contracting Authority Has Permission From The Poviat Eldership To The Implementation Of The Project Being The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Documents Necessary To Apply For A Building Permit /Notification Of The Intention To Perform Works) The Contractor Will Present The Concept Of The Land Use Plan, Subject To The Agreement And Approval By The Contracting Authority And On Its Basis Will Continue The Design Work, Taking Into Account The Removal Of All Collisions That May Potentially Occur During The Implementation Of The Project, E) In The Case The Need To Extend / Rebuild Them - Design The Reconstruction Of The Culverts. 2) Obtaining Acceptance Of The Employer For The Design Documentation Made Before Submitting The Application For A Construction Application Or Other Construction Works Or Obtaining A Building Permit. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain On His Own And At Its Own Expense All Required Opinions, Conditions, Decisions, Documentation Arrangements, Including Environmental Decision, Building Conditions, Water Law Permit (If Required) For The Purposes Of Preparing Complete Project Documentation. The Employer. The Contractor, When Developing Project Documentation, Undertakes: A) Apply Optimal Structural, Material And Cost Solutions, In Order To Obtain Modern And Appropriate Standards For This Type Of Investment Task, Which Is To Be Based On It, B) Incur All Fees For The Decisions Obtained As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Documentation Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, C) Develop A Complete Project Documentation From The Point Of View Of The Investment Task, Which Has Be Made On Its Basis, Consistent And Coordinated In All Specialties, And In Particular With The Necessary Arrangements, D) Present All Design Detailed Solutions To The Extent Enabling The Implementation Of The Investment Task, Which Is To Be Carried Out On Its Basis, E) The Contractor Will Design
