The Subject Of The Contract Are Services For Preparing, Delivering And Issuing A Meal To Entitled Persons From The Brojce Commune In The Schools 2025/2026 And 2026/2027 In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Applicable Regulations And In Particular In The Act Of 25 August 2006 On Food Safety And Nutrition (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, Including To This Act, In Particular By The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of 26 July 2016 On The Groups Of Foods Intended For Sale To Children And Youth In The Units Of The Education System And The Requirements To Be Met By Foods Used As Part Of Collective Nutrition Of Children And Youth In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154) As Well As Nutrition Standards And Recommendations Of The Institute Of Food And Nutrition.
