1. Delivery Together With The Assembly Of Furniture To The Pre -Medical Office Of Ad Hoc And Social Room For The Needs Of The Employees Of The Nursing Home At Ul. Kaletnicza 8 Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław, Divided Into Three Part Of The Order: Part 1 - Furniture Under Dimension 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Code Is The Code 39150000-8 Various Furniture And Equipment. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Type And Amount Of The Goods Ordered, Is In The Price Calculation, Which As Annex 3A And Is An Integral Part Of The Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Is Possible To Conduct A Local Vision On The Spot After Prior Agreement With The Contracting Authority
