Work Detail

1. Delivery Together With The Assembly Of Furniture To The Pre -Medical Office Of Ad Hoc And Social Room For The Needs Of The Employees Of The Nursing Home At Ul. Kaletnicza 8 Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław, Divided Into Three Part Of The Order: Part 1 - Furniture Under Dimension 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Code Is The Code 39150000-8 Various Furniture And Equipment. 3. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract With His Own Efforts To The Rooms Indicated By The Employer At The Nursing Home (Dps) At Ul. Kaletnicza 8 In Wrocław And Will Make Them. 4. The Required Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty Conditions For The Subject Of The Contract - Was Specified In The Draft Contract - Annex 4 To Swz.5. Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Will Take Place Between 7:00 And 15:00. All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Requires That They Be Factory -New, Unused, Non -Reinforcing, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, In Complete State, I.E. Guaranteeing Their Use For Their Intended Purpose Without Making Additional Purchases Of Elements And Accessories, Meeting Safety Standards And The Requirements Of Specifications. After The Assembly, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove All Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage And Make Them Utilized At His Own Expense. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifying The Type And Amount Of The Goods Ordered, Is In The Price Calculation, Which As Annex 3A And Is An Integral Part Of The Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority Informs That It Is Possible To Conduct A Local Vision On The Spot After Prior Agreement With The Contracting Authority
