The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of Ceilings In A Residential Building At Ul. Ogrodowa 56 In Warsaw - Continuation Of The Implementation Of The Pinb Iot/127/2013 Decision In The Design And Build System, In Particular: 1) Performance Based On A Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Complete Design Documentation Together With The Required Arrangements; 2) Execution Of Construction Works - In Accordance With The Project Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Approved By The Contractor Ordering Party; 3) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works According To Prepared Design Studies. The First -Time Construction Of The Construction Project Applies To Landing Panels Above The Basements In The Entrances To 4 Frames And One Room In The Rear Outbuilding Of The Building, Which Require Support. The Project Update Does Not Require New Administrative Decisions - It Is A Continuation Of The Exchange Of Ceilings. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Design Provisions Of The Contract And The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Valve Of The Proper Preparation Of The Offer, It Is Recommended That The Contractor Be Made At His Own Expense Of The Local Vision In The Field Where The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Carried Out And Obtaining (At Its Liability And Risk) Information That May Be Relevant To The Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Policy For The Business, For The Sum Insured Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00 Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contract And Tort Liability.
