1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale And Delivery Of Equipment And Devices Necessary To Conduct The Didactic Process. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out At The Contractors Own Expense And Will Include The Application, Unpacking, If Necessary, Assembly/Assembly/Start/Configure And Setting In The Places (Rooms) At Its Headquarters Indicated By The Employer - Ul. Kościeliska 35 In Zakopane Equipment And Devices. The Supply Is To Be Covered By Equipment And Devices That Are Not The Subject Of The Exhibition, Unused, From Current Production (Produced Not Earlier Than In 2025). To The Provided Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach The Required Instructions In Polish. 2. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Brand New, Free From Technical And Legal Defects, Good, Quality, Approved, Packed In An Original Packaging For A Given Product, Equipped With Labels Identifying A Given Product, Specifying Its Technical, Qualitative, Functional And Utility Parameters. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 5 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 4. Special Requirements And Guidelines For The Contractor. C) Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Resulting From Applicable Law. 5. Equivalent Solutions.A) By A Record Regarding Minimum Quality Parameters Of Requirements, The Employer Understands The Requirements Of Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites. Operating Examples Of The Manufacturers Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Contracting Authority, When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Utility Features At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Parameters Or Better. The Use Of The Names Of Manufacturers / Products Is Only An Example. B) The Contractor Who Used The Equivalent Product Is Obliged To Indicate In Its Offer What Materials Or Devices Have Been Converted, And Determine What Materials And Devices He Proposes In Their Place, Giving Their Technical Parameters. C) In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Pzp Act, The Ordering Party Allows Contractors To Apply Equivalent Solutions In Relation To The Solutions Described In Swz. The Contractor, Who In The Offer Will Refer To The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Described In Swz, Is Obliged To Show That The Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.D) The Contractor Who Will Use Devices Or Materials Equivalent Will Be Obliged To Show During The Contract That The Devices Used By Him And The Materials Meet The Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. 6.
