The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Developing A Feasibility Study (Sw) And A Functional And Functional Program (Pfu) For The Installation Of Hydrogen Production From Mine Methane (Cmm) Hereinafter Referred To As The Installation. The Service Will Be Implemented As Part Of A Project Run By The Oil And Gas Institute - The National Research Institute In Cooperation With The Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa Company. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To Swz - A Confidential Part. The Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To Swz Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
