    Tenders are invited for Construction works of eleven (11) Universal Access Centers in the regions of Kayes, Kita, Nioro, Bougouni, Sikasso, Koutiala, Mopti and San on behalf of AGEFAU. (a) Financial capacity The tenderer must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements: Have achieved an average annual turnover of three hundred million (300,000,000) FCFA, over the last three (3) years (2022, 2023 and 2024), for the part concerning the works. Have cash or credit facilities (line of credit) of up to eighty million (80,000,000) FCFA per lot.
