Technical Assistance For The Supervision Of The Works Contracts Within The Project: The Regional Project For The Development Of Water And Water Infrastructure In Mures County Contract Code: Ms-Cs-S2 The Supervision Services Will Contribute To The Following Specific Objectives: • Fulfilling The Role Of Supervisor According To Hg1/2018, Including, But Not Limited To The Execution, • Ensuring The Execution Of Quality Works, On Each Category Of Works, According To The Legislation, Technical Regulations And Applicable Standards; • Ensuring An Adequate Evaluation Of The Quantities Of Works, The Correct Determination Of The Cost Of The Works, According To The Contracts Of Works Or, As The Case May Be, According To The Market Conditions; At Any Time, The Supervisor Must Be Able To Provide A Forecast Of The Cash Flow And An Estimate Of The Cost Upon Completion Of The Works; • Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Mobilization Of Entrepreneurs, The Supply Of Compliant Raw Materials And Materials And The Rhythm Of The Execution Of The Works; At Any Time, The Supervisor Must Be Able To Provide A Realistic Graph Of Completion Of The Works And To Provide Records And Documents For Any Possible Delay In The Execution Of The Works; • Ensuring Compliance With The Contracting Entity And Entrepreneurs Of The Contractual Conditions; • Ensuring The Fulfillment Of The Obligations Of The Contracting Entity As An Investor, According To The Legislation On Quality In Construction. The Works Contracts Will Have As Object The Execution Of Construction/Extension Of: Treatment Stations; Adduction And Transport Pipes; Water Chlorination Stations; Stick Reservoirs Drinking Water, Water Pumping Stations; Water Distribution Networks; Connections (New); Treatment Plant; Wastewater Pumping Stations; Connections (New); The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Signature By Both Parties. The Estimated Duration Of The Provision Of The Supervision Services Is 36 Months Starting From The Administrative Date Issued By The Contracting Entity, During Which The Contracting Entity Estimates That The Last Works Contract Will Be Completed, To Which 60 Months Are Added To The Notification Period Of The Defects/The Guarantee Period Related Signing Of Final Reception Verbal Processes
