Tenders are invited for Construction of Concrete and Laterite Roads at Pu Trom in Mondulkiri Province, at Ou , Paklae, and Rovieang in Kratie Province and at Rumpoat in Stung Treng. Bidders attention is drawn to Sub-Clause 6.3 of the Instructions to Bidders (ITB) on the Qualification requirements. Qualification requirements include: Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of construction work over the last 3 years (2021 or 2022 to 2023 or 2024) shall be: USD 1,702,000.00. Specific Similar Experience: Experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) Contracts for works of similar nature and complexity equivalent to the Works within the last 5 years (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) of at least USD 851,000.00 for each contract. Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be: USD 425,500.00. 6.
