The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Designate A Contractor And To Conclude A Contract With Him For The Development Of A Conceptual Project For The Complete Securing Of The Transport Direction Sofia-The Tower In The Simitli-Kresna Section, Outside The Kresna Gorge. The Present Public Procurement Was Prepared In The Implementation Of Item I.3 Of The Roadmap, Adopted By Decision No. 62 Of The Council Of Ministers Of February 12, 2025. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes (A Description Of The Contract Activities): The Study And Project Documents Are Carried Out And The Purpose Of The First Information Is To Obtain Environmental Procedures. A) Stage 1: The Project Development Should Include, But Is Not Limited To The Following Project And Training Activities: - Developing An Impact Assessment On Road Safety; - Review And Analysis Of Available Geological, Hydrogeological, Geophysical And Environmental Studies. Information Must Be Provided On Existing Data And Map Materials For The Geomorphology Of The Terrain, Geological Structure, Lithological Composition, Tectonic Zones, Hydrogeological Conditions, Weak Sections. A Program Is Presented For Carrying Out An Engineering-Geological And Hydrogeological Study Of The Route, Which Will Take Place In The Next Stage. The Program Includes Design Location And Drill Depth, Types Of Field Studies, Geological Mapping And More. The Scope Of The Program Must Correspond To The Design Stage; - Setting Possible Places And Requirements For Storage Of Building Materials And Sites For Landfilling Of Earth Masses; - Receipt Of Output Information From The Operating Companies For Available Engineering Infrastructure, As Well As Coordination With Administrative Structures Whose Permission, Assistance Or Opinion Is Necessary For The Implementation Of The Design Contract; - Study Of The Territory In Respect Of Adverse Geodynamic Processes And Phenomena - Coordination With Geo -Protection - Pernik Eood; - Determination Of Possible Access Roads During Construction. B) Stage 2: At Stage 2, In Parallel With The Preparation Of The Report On The Environmental Impact Assessment And The Report On The Degree Of Impact On The Protected Areas By Nature 2000, The Project Developments And Technical Elements Should Be Prepared To The Full Extent. The Project Development Should Include, But Is Not Limited To The Following Project And Study Activities: - Review And Analysis Of An Available Current Basis - Topographic Maps, Digital Cadastral Maps, Restored Property Maps, Geodetic Capture, Operating Common And Detailed Development Plans, Etc. - Making Geodetic Capture Of The Terrain, Road Junctions, Tunnels (If Necessary) And Crossing Roads Within The Range Of The Route And The Capture Of All Affected Facilities And Sites; - Conducting The Necessary Geological, Hydrogeological And Geophysical Studies Under Stage 1 Of The Contracting Authority.
