General Description Object Of This Technical Description Is To Determine The Requirements For The Assignment Of The Sa Of The Service For The Transfer Of Immobilized Thermal And Electric Buses (Due To Damage, Fire, Traffic Accident, Etc.) To Its Facilities. B. Technical Requirements. The Transport Will Be Carried Out With Crane And Tugboats Of The Contractor, Suitable For The Transportation Of All The Types Of Buses And Vehicles Available To Osy Sa. The Companys Fleet Of Vehicles, At The Time Of Publication Of The Technical Requirements, Is Approximately: 881 Thermal And 336 Electric Buses And Is Informative Rather Than Binding, Not Excluding Any Slight Fluctuation Or Change. Transfer - Towing The Vehicle Is Attracted To The Roadway And In Cases Where It Is Impossible, Transportation Will Be Carried Out With Special Transport Vehicles (Platforms). The Cost For This Case Is Set Out Individually In The Financial Bids Submitted, In The Relevant Field Of The Financial Bid Form. In Special Cases, Such As Cliff, Slopes, Private Space, Etc., The Service Will Be Provided By A Joint Agreement. The Contractor Will Be Paid For Each Transfer, Depending On The Type (Length) Of The Bus And Regardless Of The Mileage, As The Entire Number Of Osy Sa Vehicles Move Within Attica And On Specific Routes That Serve The Transport Project. Contestants Will Bid, With The Transfer Price (Via Towing Or Lifting) For Each Type Of Bus, Namely: • For An Articulated Vehicle Of Passengers, 18 Meters Long, • For A 12 -Meter Passenger Transport Vehicle And • For A Passenger Transport Vehicle, 8.6 Meters. The Contractor Is Obliged, Within One (1) Hour After Notice By The Directorate Of The Train Station, To Ensure That The Vehicle Be Transferred To The Sas Indicated Area, Any Day Of The Week And Time, And For The 24Th Hours. The Notice Will Be Made By Letter By Email From The Trainers To Confirm The Notice And The Contractor Will Confirm The Notification In The Same Way. The Towing And Lifting Of The Vehicle Will Be Held In The Presence Of Osy Sa. In Emergencies, Transfer Or Towing, It Will Be Possible Without The Presence Of Osy Sa Technician, Provided That This Directive Has Been Given To The Notice. The Contractor Has The Obligation And Responsibility To Take, All Necessary Measures For The Safety Of Staff
