Software Development Services - Specialized Technical Services Contract For The Definition Of Use Cases And Their Implementation For The Participation Of The Cantabrian Health Service As A Node Of The Unique Network Of The Autonomous Community Of Cantabria, Within The Framework Of The Recovery, Transformation And Resilience - Financed By The European Union - Nextgeneu. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Hiring Of Specialized Technical Services For The Definition Of Use Cases And Their Technical Implementation For The Participation Of The Marqués De Valdecilla University Hospital As A Unique Network Node. The Unique Network Aims To Act As A Connector Between The Care Processes Of The Different Autonomous Communities, Facilitating Interoperability And The Exchange Of Clinical Information. In Each Autonomous Community Participating In This Project There Is An Autonomous Node, Which Must Have The Necessary Infrastructure For The Exchange Of Information. The Central Node Located In The Sns Acts As A Bridge To Access The Information Of The Nodes Of The Different Autonomous Communities. Therefore, In The Scope Of This Contract The Following Is Contemplated: 1. Evaluate Architecture And Functionality Of The Sns Sns System. 2. Define The Use Procedures Within The Scope Of The Scs Scs. 3. Adapt The Access And Communication Procedures Of The Scs Systems To Include The Career And Consultation Of The Unique Network, Making The Specific Implementation Of The Main Transverse Modules (Unique And Unique Channel 360) And, If Necessary, Of Any Other Specific Module According To The Definition Of The Existing Unique Project. 4. Communicate The Corresponding Clinical Information And Documentation For Comprehensive Patients Within This Healthcare Program. 5. Develop Technical Services For The Continuity Of Patients Included In This Program. 6. Development Of A Pilot, As Well As The Justification Documentation Prior To The Commissioning. 7. Definition And Support In The Initial Phase Of System Implementation, Including The Design Of Integrations With Corporate Systems. 8. Preparation Of The Communication Plan For Citizenship, Clinical Professionals And Managers.
