The Objective Of This Tender Is To Contract A Mobile Network Provider For The Employees Of The Municipality Of Almere Who Meets The Minimum Requirements As Set In The Tender Documents, The Objectives And The Needs Of The Organization. This Tender Focuses On The Creation Of A Public Contract. The Term Of The Agreement Is 2 Years With 6 Times An Option To Extend 1 Year. The Maximum Duration Of The Contract Is Therefore 8 Years Old. Because The Market Is Changing Rapidly, The Municipality Wants, After The First 2 Years, To Evaluate Every Year Whether The Current Working Method Still Fits The Municipality And The Current Market. In Addition, The Municipality Consciously Maintains The Above Contracture To Connect - If Desired And Appropriate - At A Later Stage With A Possible Joint Tender From The Association Of Dutch Municipalities (Vng) Or Other Collective Purchasing Initiatives. The Annual Extension Option Offers The Required Contractual Flexibility For This Without Endangering The Continuity Of Services.
