The Versatile Document Management System Should Enable, Inter Alia:- Document Management At Different Stages Of The Life Cycle (Nature, Approval, Archiving, Destruction);- Access To Access And Security Levels; Both-Contract Management And Archiving. The Suppliers Employees, Who Are Responsible For The Implementation And Maintenance Of The System, Must Have Security Clarifieds. In Addition, The Acquisition Includes A Maintenance Service That Covers Software Version Updates, Security Updates, Technical Support And Failure Management Throughout The Contract Period. (In The Draft Tendency) And To Obtain Information On Procurement So That The Actual Tender Can Be Carried Out As Appropriate As Possible. The Request For Information Will Complement The Competence Of The Invitation To Tender. The Request For Information Does Not Oblige The Contracting Entity To Carry Out The Procurement As Described In The Request, And The Contracting Entity May Not Fully Execute The Tender. Responding To The Request For Information Does Not Bind The Supplier To Participate In The Tender, Nor Is It A Prerequisite For Participating In The Actual Tender. Failure To Respond To A Request For Information Does Not Prevent Any Participation In The Tendering Process, And Responding To The Request For Information Will Not Affect The Position Of The Supplier In The Actual Tender. The Information Collected By This Request Will Remain Completely Confidential And Will Only Be Used For The Planning Of The Procurement. Respondents To The Request For Information Shall Not Be Reimbursed And The Contracting Entity Shall Not Reimburse The Cost Of Responding To The Request For Information.
