Tenders are invited for Procurement of Lubricants, Grease and Ad Blue Solution for 2 Years. 1.The National Transport Corporation is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the procurement of Lubricants, Grease and Ad blue Solution for two years. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: NTC/IFB/2025/714 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 21st July 2025 up to 11.00 a.m. 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 21st July 2025 as from 13.01 till Wednesday 23rd July 2025 up to 13.00. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 23rd July 2025 as from 13.01, at National Transport Corporation Bonne Terre Vacoas. 6. The National Transport Corporationreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
