Tenders are invited for Engagement of Service Provider for Transportation of Bijoy-10 (ZJ70DBS) Rig, Rig Related Materials and Caravans from Jamalpur#1 Drilling Project, Madarganj, Jamalpur to Srikail #5 Drilling Project, Muradnagar, Cumilla. Eligibility of Tenderer: The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in contracting industries in govt./ semi govt./ autonomous bodies like Petrobangla or subsidiary companies/ IOC of transportations of Rig and Rig accessories as prime contractor/ sub-contractor/ management contractor shall be 07 (Seven) years. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor/sub-contractor/management contractor in providing non consulting service at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and method/ technology completed over a period of 05 (five) years, contract value of 60,00,000.00 (Sixty Lakh) taka. The Tenderers must have specific experience of minimum 02 (Two) Drilling Rig & Rig related accessories or like heavy equipment/materials Transportation last 05 (five) years. Tenderers should visit Bijoy-10 (ZJ70DBS) Rig, Rig Related Materials and Caravans at Jamalpur#1 Drilling Project, Madarganj, Jamalpur with prior permission of authority before submission of bid. Loading-unloading manpower and Crane shall be provided by BAPEX. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. Tenderers shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organisations registered in Bangladesh. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
