Tenders are invited for Package WD-6: Acoustical work of Seminar Room and Exhibition Room; and Package WD-12: Sound System (digital conference and PA system); As per specification in the tender document Eligibility of Tenderer: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License, (ii) Up-to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, (iii) Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate, (iv) Valid VAT Registration Certificate, (v) Satisfactory completion certificate to be issued by Authorized Officer/Equivalent in similar nature to Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization during last 05 (five) years. Attested copies of the relevant papers for serial No. (i-v) must be submitted with the tender. Brief Description of Goods or Works: Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of i) WD-6: Acoustical work of Seminar Room and Exhibition Room; and ii) WD-12: Sound System (digital conference and PA system). Tender Document Price: 1,500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred Taka only) for each package, Non refundable Tender Closing Date and Time: 14/07/2025 02:00 PM Tender Opening Date and Time: 14/07/2025 02:30 PM Office Address Information: Selling Tender Document (Principal): Tender documents will be available for sale from the Office of the Sr. Administrative Officer, ITBBR, AERE, Ganakbari, Savar, Dhaka on written request to and prior permission of the undersigned. Interested Tenderers or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend. If there is any transport disruption or Govt. holiday on the date for dropping/opening of the Tender, the next normal working day will be considered valid date for dropping/opening of the Tender.
