Tenders are invited for Turnkey Contract for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of around 6.03 MW p Rooftop Solar System in compliance with the Net Metering Guidelines 2018 at Service Areas 1, 2 & 3 of the Padma Multipurpose Bridge area Eligibility of Tenderer: i) General Experience: The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three 3 years of overall experience of Solar Power Plant Design, Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning works in the role of contractor, subcontractor, or management contractor years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. ii) Specific Experience: 1. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor in design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Net Metering Solar PV System in any distribution utility (BREB, BPDB, DESCO, DPDC, NESCO, WZPDCL) or any government of semi-government or IDCOL funded rooftop solar projects under Net Metering scheme at least a number of 03 (three) contracts each with a minimum 1 MW p capacity and total minimum 3 MW p capacity of similar nature, complexity and method/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a total value of at least 15 (Fifteen) crore, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 2. In support of experience as mentioned in Serial no. (1), the tenderer must submit certificates from clients (End user certificates) specified above in end users letterhead pad in English and mentioning that the solar plants are in operation at least for 01 (One) Year. The above certificates must contain end-users full address, email address, website address and phone/ cell number for the convenience of authentication. iii) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 27.0 (Twenty-seven) crore for 03 (three) years within last 5 years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 27.0 (Twenty-seven) crore.
