Tenders are invited for Conducting the Annual Satisfaction Survey for the Zimbabwe Association of Pension Funds. The Zimbabwe tssociation of nsion Funds (ZAPFl is socking expressions of interest from qualified individuals, research firms, or consultancy organizations to design, administer, and analyze the annual satisfaction survey for ils members. This survey aims to assess engagement, service quality, industry needs, and opportunities for improvement in pension fund governance and operations. Scope of Work The selected party will be expected to: Develop a structured survey framework aligned with key industry priorities. Administer the survey to ZAPF members and relevant stakeholders Analyze responses and pro ide a comprehensive report with insights and actionable recommendation» Present findings to the ZAPF leadership, ensuring clarity and strategic relevance.
