The Description Culture Tank Announces A Two -Year Knowledge Project That Will Investigate Which Measures Actually Increase Participation Among Children And Young People In Norwegian Cultural Volunteerism - Especially Among Under -Represented Groups. The Project Is Part Of The Efforts Krafttak For Diversity (2024–2026) And Will Provide Practice -Related Recommendations And Tools Based On Existing Measures. The Goal Is To Fill A Knowledge Gap About What Promotes Participation And Reduces Barriers, And To Strengthen The Efforts Of Public Administration And Civil Society. The Project Will Also Set The Findings In Historical And Research Context, And Build On Previous Initiatives Such As The Mosaic Program And The Diversity Year 2008, As Well As Recent Cultural Policy Documents And Rights Understandings Such As Crpd And All The Including Action Plan.
