Work Detail

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works At The Primary School John Paul Ii In Filipów Consisting In:- Reconstruction Of The Toilet In Pre-School Departments As Part Of Adapting To The Needs Of People With Disabilities,- Reconstruction Of External Entrance Stairs To School And Making A Ramp At The Stairs Intended, Among Others For Wheelchairs,- Reconstruction Of The Storage Room And Creating A Peace Room,- Purchase And Installation Of Door Joinery. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Implementation Is Set Out In Annex 4 To Swz - Draft Contract, Project Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Which Is Part Of Annex 1 To Swz, With The Bill Of Quantities To Be An Auxiliary Document For The Valuation Of The Offer. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described By Means Of Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Bill Of Quantities Here As Project Documentation Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And To Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Full Scope Of Works, Which Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of Project Documentation, Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge, Building Art And Swz, To Obtain The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Contract, And Thus Perform The Task, Regardless Of The Possibly Occurring Difficulties That May Occur During Implementation. 5. The Attachment Attached To Swz Is Attached To The Swz, The Contracting Authority Provides As An Information (Auxiliary) Material. The Use Of The Bill Of Quantities Prepared By The Employer Takes Place At The Exclusive Risk Of The Contractor. The Bill Of Quantity Attached To Swz Is Only An Example Of The Scope Calculation And Cannot Be The Only Basis For Calculating The Price Of Performing The Entire Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Should Remember, Regardless Of Any Restrictions Suggested By The Description Of Each Item And/Or An Explanation That The Price Presented In The Offer Is Payment For Work Done And Completed In Every Respect. It Is Believed That The Contractor Took Into Account All Requirements And Obligations, Regardless Of Whether They Were Determined Or Suggested In The Preface Of The Works. 6. All Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Allows The Facility To Function Efficiently. 7. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Technical Documentation And Applicable Technical Conditions And Provisions. 8. The Contractor To Whom The Order Will Be Awarded, At The Latest On The Day Of Signing The Contract, Will Submit An Offer Cost Estimate With Overlap Indicators. The Offer Cost Estimate Will Be An Auxiliary Material Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party Enabling: Determining The Type And Amount Of Works Performed And Received. It Will Also Be The Basis For Possible Settlements Of Spare, Additional Or Abandoned Works. The Contractor Should Report During The Tender Procedure All Noticed Errors, Mistakes, Discrepancies In The Project Documentation And Apply To
