Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage System Together With Accompanying Construction Works

1. The Subject Of The Contract Are Works Involving The Construction Of A Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage System Together With Accompanying Construction Works As Part Of The Task: Renovation Of The Boarding School Of The General Ballet School Named After Ludomir Różycki In Bytom. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Presented In The Pre -City Of Works Constituting Annex 6 To Swz And The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Description And In The Figure, Which Constitute Annexes 7 To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Ordering Party To The Construction Works And The Materials Used 60 Months Warranty And Warranty, Calculated From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Assessment Criteria. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ All Persons Performing Construction Works Listed In The Precipitate Based On The Employment Relationship, Which Is Not Required To Exercise. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Abovementioned Works, Cooperating Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Insurance System, As Well As The Incumbent Members Of The Managing Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service To The Contracting Authority Or Contractor. The Above Shall Apply Accordingly To Subcontractors. Determining The Method Of Documenting Employment Of Persons, The Contracting Authority In The Scope Of Compliance And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Proposed Contractual Provisions. 5. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Are Contained In The Proposed Contractual Provisions - Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.6. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform A Key Part Of The Contract By The Contractor In Person. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer Part Of The Contract, Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Possible Subcontractors If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability For The Proper Performance Of This Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. The Contracting Authority Did Not Share The Procedure Into Parts, Because The Subject Of The Contract Is Uniform, And Its Division Into Parts Would Be Associated With The Need To Separate A Technologically Coherent Whole, A Threat To Obtaining The Final Result Of The Required Quality And Breakdown Of Liability From Warranty And Warranty On Various Contractors.
