1 The Subject Of The Contract Is The Reconstruction Of The Playground For The City Nursery In Przasnysz, Located In The Municipal Kindergarten No. 1 In Przasnysz - Plot With Registration Number 2213/8 No. The Reconstruction Includes The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Factory New Play Equipment, I.E.) A Player Set With A Sandpit And 2 Slides With Dimensions [M] 4.25 X 3.78 X 2.54 With Sandbox Supplemented With Sand - 1 Pcs. 2) Play Set With Sand Playground With Dimensions [M] 1.32 X 1.26 X 0.89 - 1 Pc The Order Includes, Among Others: - Disassembly Of 4 Pcs Of Existing Play Equipment, Including The Foundations; - Transfer Of Existing Play Equipment To The Place Indicated By The Employer; - Preparation And Protection Of The Surface For New Elements Of The Playground; - Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Devices - In Accordance With Your Design Design, Or Equivalent (It Is Allowed To Use Similar Dimensions, Mixing In The Safety Zones Of The Designed Objects); - Supplementing The Sandbox With Sand; - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Covering On The Sandbox; - Restoration Of The Green Playground Area; - Geodetic Inventory Of The Playground.3 All Play Equipment Must Have Compliance Certificates. The Certificates Must Apply To Individual Devices, They Must Not Apply To The System Of Devices Legal Provisions And Applicable Standards, In Accordance With The Contracting Authoritys Guidelines Contained In The Contract. In Particular, The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Carried Out By The Contractor In A Complete Manner From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve.
