4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled Developing A General Plan Of The General Plan For The Rudnik Commune Referred To In Art. 13 A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of The General Plan. The Surface Of The Study Covers 7,394 Ha. Performing Works Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Regarding The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Of The Rudnik Commune In Accordance With Resolution No. Xii/84/2025 Of The Rudnik Commune Council Of February 19, 2025 On Joining The General Plan Of The Rudnik Commune, And According To The Procedures And Issues Specified In: 1) Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 Spatial Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing It From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), 3) Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology With On November 22, 2024, Amending The Regulation On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1775) 4) Of The Act Of 8 March 1990 On Municipal Self -Government (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1465) Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), 6) Of The Act Of 9 October 2015 On Revitalization (Named Journal Aquatic, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Public Roads, Etc., 8) Based On The Necessary Local Visions, Urban Inventory And Landscape Studies, And All Analyzes, Taking Into Account The Voivodship Plans, Governmental Tasks And National Programs, And In Accordance With The Requirements Of Law In This Respect.
