1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Comprehensive Multi-Branch Design Documentation And The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Together With Non-Profitable Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Mieścisko (62-290), Wągrowiec Poviat, Voivodeship Wielkopolskie, Plot No. 434/13. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of Comprehensive Multi -Branch Design Documentation, Including The Development Of A Multi -Branch Technical Project To The Extent In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of 11 September 2020 On A Detailed Scope And Form Of A Construction Project (Journal Of Laws 2012.1679), 2) Obtaining All Required Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Necessary For The Construction Of Construction, 3) Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining A Permit For Use, Including The Implementation Of The Energy Characteristics Of Individual Residential Premises, 4) Construction Of A Facility-A Multi-Family Residential Building, In Accordance With Approved Design Documentation: A) The Characteristic Parameters Of Planned Facilities Should Be Adopted On The Basis Of The Architectural And Construction Design Of A Multi-Family Residential Building And A Land Development Project Pfu; B) A Multi -Family Residential Building Is Planned As A Three -Storey, Non -Basement, With A Flat Roof With An Attic Wall. The Construction Of The Building In Prefabricated, Large -Panel Modular Technology. One Staircase Was Designed In The Building, Equipped With A Single Passenger Crane. On The Ground Floor Of The Building, Two Apartments Are Designed To Take Into Account The Need For People With Disabilities; C) The Building Is Planned To Make A Communication System, Which Includes A Hardened Access Road With Parking Spaces, Pedestrian Access And Shed For Parking Bicycles; D) It Is Planned To Locate The Time Of The Time Of Collecting Waste In The Form Of A Hardened, Covered Square; E) And Technical Installations, Including Water Supply, Sewage, Rain, Electricity, Lightning And Teletechnical. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Processing The Order Is Determined By: Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter: Pfu), Building Permit With A Construction Design, Opinions, Arrangements, Connection Conditions Constituting Annex 4 To Swz, Designed Contract Provisions Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.
