1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Multi -Branch Executive Documentation For The Investment Entitled Construction Of The Branch Of The Krakow Library At Saska Street/Priest Stoszki, Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Decisions Or Other Consents Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works. In Addition, The Subject Of The Contract Includes - Under The Right Option - Preparing Answers To The Questions Of Bidders In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Conducted On The Basis Of The Pzp Act And Performing The Function Of Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Documentation Made As Part Of The Implementation Of This Contract. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Stages: 2.1. Stage I - Basic Order - Execution Of Multi -Branch Executive Documentation For The Investment Together With Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Decisions Or Other Consents Necessary To Carry Out Construction Works; 2.2. Stage Ii - Order Covered By The Right Option - Preparing Answers To The Questions Of Bidders In The Public Procurement Procedure For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Conducted On The Basis Of The Pzp Act (Option Law 1); 2.3. Stage Iii - Order Covered By The Right Option - Performing Authors Supervision During Construction In All Industries Covered By Project Documentation Developed As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement (Option Right 2). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Were Specified In The Attachments To Swz, Including In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And The Documents Indicated In The List Of Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) (Link To The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 5 To Swz).
