The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Following Legal Regulations: Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Energy Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 On The Detailed Conditions Of The Gas System (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2018 And From 2022, Item, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of 15 March 2018 On Special Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Gas Fuel Transactions (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 280, As Amended) And The Act Of 6 December 2008 On Excise Duty (I.E. Journal Of Laws 222, 340) And The Act Of 26 January 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Gas Fuel Consumers In Connection With The Situation On The Gas Market (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 204) In Accordance With The Tariff For Dsd Gas Fuel, As Well As The Provisions Of The Civil Code, The Provisions Of The Contract, Provisions Of The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Contract And The Rates Contained In The Form Of The Offer For A Given Point Consumption. 4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Gas Fuel Supply And Provision Of Gas Fuel Distribution Service Under A Comprehensive Agreement To The Collection Points Indicated In Annex 1A To Swz - List Of Gas Collection Points. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Description Of The Requirements Of The Employer In The Scope Of Implementation And Acceptance Is Determined By:- Description Of The Subject Of The Contract- Annex 1 To Swz,- List Of Energy Collection Points- Annex 1A To Swz- Proposed Provisions Of The Contract- Annex 2 To Swz.
