The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of The Following Components And The Provision Of Specific Services: 1) Data Security System - Environment Backup With Software2) Cloud -In -Depth System - A Copy Of Data In The Cloud Covering 5 Pcs. License 4.8 Tb3) Management Network Device - 2 Pcs. Switch4) Physical Server - 2 Pcs. Server 5) Disk Matrices - 1 Pc. Matrix6) Server Operating Systems And Safety Software - 2 Pcs. License7) Emergency Power Supply - 1 Pc Anti -Malware 31 Stations9) Specialist Training In The Scope Of Supplied And Implemented Solutions. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In The Event Of Materials Describing The Subject Of The Order Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process, Which Is Characterized By Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Understood That The Indications Are Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. The Employer Allows Materials And/Or Solutions Equivalent, Provided That The Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters Are Maintained Not Worse Than Indicated In The Documentation And Not Leading To The Change Of Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. The Employer Cannot Reject The Offer Just Because The Offered Works, Deliveries Or Services Are Not In Line With Standards, Technical Grades, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Applies, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
