Partial Task No. 1: Purchase Of Licenses, Implementation And Launch Of An E-Service For Handling The Application For Updating Data Contained In Egib 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of E-Service To Handle The Application For Updating Data Contained In Egib At The Fifth Level Of Maturity And Conducting Relevant Training. The Main Purpose Of The Contract Is To Increase The Level Of Use By Citizens, Business And Administration From Public Services Provided Electronically. 2. The Order Also Includes The Transfer Of Technical Documentation To The Employer From Completed Works In The Form Of As -Built Documentation. 3. The Detailed Scope And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Public Contract And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract For Partial Task No. 1 Constituting Attachments To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 4. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Covered By A 60 -Month Technical Assistant. 5. The Employer Requires A Minimum Warranty Period Of 36 Months, Calculated From The Date Of The Non -Abusing Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
