The Service Consists Of In Any Case Of The Following: A) Providing The Service Of Equipment And Software For Printing, Copying And Scanning, Including Repair, Maintenance And Consumables At The Provincial House Locations, A Draw, House Ter Heide, De Meern, Paushuize And Archaeological Depot Of Contracting Service; B) Follow-Me Protected Prints Including Setting Up And Managing The Print Queeeus (And Software) That Is Required For This; C) Onsite Services (On Location Provinciehuis) For Topping Paper, Toners, For Remedying Minor Disruptions And Giving Instructions To End Users; D) Service Management And Reports (With Regard To Volumes And Availability Versus Kpis). E) Printing Service That Continues To Connect With The Changing It Environment, The Migration To The Cloud, See Appendix1 And Par. 2.5 Guidelines. In The Context Of The Service (At The Time Of The Start), Praarter Must Make The Following Equipment Available And To Be Placed: Hardware Type Type 1 Z/W 2 Multi-Functional Type 1 2 Multi-Functional Type 2 18 Multi-Functional Type 3 (Posier) 1 Multi-Functional Type 4 2 Bulk Scanner. In Addition, The Contractor Must Make The Following (Software) Functionalities Available, Among Other Things:-Printer Drivers The Printer Drivers To Be Supplied-Scan And Ocr Software For The Bulk Scanners This Software Must Be Installed On The Pcs On Which The Bulk Scanners Are Connected And Set Up, Understood From The Program Of Provospelen Van Prospelen Van Prosfiel Invoices, Other Post), Scan To Sharepoint And Recognizing Partition Sheets Between Documents. -Central Print Management Functionalities This Includes Print-Queee, Follow-Me Printing, Scan To Email, And Their Management. - In Phase 1, (Until Around December 2026), The Contracting Authority Will Make The Hosting Platform Available For This From A Private Cloud (Paas Service) That Will Be Made Available By The Contracting Authority With An Availability Rate Of 99.8%. The Contractor Must Design And Manage The Central Print Management Functionalities. Regarding Identity Management, It Must Be Linked To Ad/Ldap Of The Contracting Authority. There Is Currently No Microsoft Entra Connect (Formerly Azure Ad Connect). -For Phase 2, (From December 2026), The Contracting Authority Prefers A Saas Service With A Link For Identity Management With Entra-Id. However, It Is Possible That The Contracting Authority Makes The Hosting Platform Available For This From A Cloud Service. However, This Is Not Preferred.
