The Municipality Of Zaanstad Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Implementation Of The Lawyer Services (House Lawyer), For The Next Two Years With Twice An Extension Option Of One Year. January 1, 2026 Is The Intended Effective Date Of The Agreement. After The End Of The Framework Agreement, The Provisions Of This Framework Agreement Remain In Force, Insofar As This Is Necessary For The Settlement Of Current Obligations. It Is Estimated That The In Previous Years Are Expected To Be Around 4,000 Hours A Year. These Are Advice And Representation Services. The Maximum Number Of Hours Is Estimated At 5000 Hours Per Year. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is: € 5,400,000 Excluding Vat.
