Iktnh Will Carry Out Tender Competitions On Deliveries Of Fiber Lines And Internet Access. We Consider All Participating Municipalities In This Joint Procurement As A Joint Tender Competition. The Municipalities Of Alver, Aurland, Austrheim, Austevoll, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen, Osterøy, Samnanger, Vaksdal And Sveio Have Established Joint Ict Operating Companies, Ict Nordhordland Municipal Task Community (Ictnh). Ictnh Has Entered Into Operational Cooperation With Etne, Tysnes And Vindafjord. These Municipalities Have Partnered With Ictnh In This Tender Competition. The Solutions Should Be Run As Much As Possible For All Parts Of Each Municipality. The Goal Is A Future -Oriented Solutions Prepared For New Services, It Will Be In Development And The Municipalities Will Be Offered New Technologies As They Become Available And Interesting. The Offered Solutions Should Be Available According To The Simplest Possible Price Model That Does Not Limit Development, And With The Greatest Possible Integration Between Different Services And Technologies. There Will Also Be Requirements For The Solutions To Support An Increasingly Closer Cooperation Between The Different Municipalities In Different Areas. The Municipalities Use More And More Common Applications And/Or Cloud Solutions In Different Areas. This Will Be Reinforced In The Years To Come. Among Other Things, Health And Care Will Significantly Use Digital Solutions In Welfare Technology In The Years To Come. This Sector Is Then Increasingly Dependent On Secure Access To Data With High Demands On Up Times And Stability Of The Solutions. The Solutions Will Also Contribute To Strengthening The Municipalities Emergency Preparedness And Will Be Important In Communication Internally, With Residents And With National And Regional Systems In Any Critical Situations.
