This Purchase Focuses On Maintenance And Maintenance Services For The Telecommunications Network Owned And Managed By Gasgrid Finland Oy (The Contracting Entity) And The Related Equipment (Telecommunications Network). The Agreement Is Concluded With One (1) Service Provider. The Services Of The Acquisition Include The Following Entities: - Pre -Maintenance Work - Condition Monitoring - Fault Diagnostics And Surveys - Fault And Interference Repairs - Use Of Information Systems - Maintenance Of The Telecommunication Network Meters)- Frame Network Link Stations Approximately 20 Pcs- Substations Approximately 200 Pcs- Operational And Control Systems The Telecommunications Network Transmits Control Information From A Natural Gas Transfer Platform, Which Is Presented At Https://Puts-2022.Gasgrid.Fi/Sw-Public/. Services Should Mainly Be Available On Weekdays During Office Hours. The Services Also Include Vika On-Call Service. The Service Must Be Implemented In Finnish. The Service Agreement Will Include A Fixed -Price Portion And A Separate Charged Part. The Agreement Will Enter Into Force From The Time Of Its Signature And Is Valid For Three (3) Years, After Which The Subscriber Decides On A Possible Continuation Of The Contract For One (1) One (1) Year Option Period. Service Production Is Preliminary To Start At The Earliest On 1.1.2026. The Service To Be Purchased Includes A Seizure Phase That Precedes The Start Of Service Production And Aims To Introduce Potential New Service Providers To Gasgrid Finland Oy.
