The Amsterdam Transport Region Wishes To Conclude An Agreement With One Contractor For The Execution Of The Work With Regard To Recruitment, (Pre) Selection And/Or Administrative Handling Of External Hiring And Offering Support In Minimizing (Labor) Legal Risks. This Can Be Done Independently, As A Partnership And/Or By Calling On Third Parties And/Or Subcontractors. The Need For External Hiring Is Inherently Dynamic. It Is Expected That The Hiring Requirement Will Consist Of 35 Placements Per Year, A Total Of Approximately 30,000 Hours Of Hiring Per Year. The Size Of The Assignment Is Estimated At Around € 2,800,000 (Excluding Vat) Per Year. This Amount Concerns The Hourly Rates Of The Candidates Including The Fixed Storage Per Hour. The Total Size (Including Any Extensions, With Which The Duration Comes To A Maximum Of 4 Years) Is Estimated At € 11,200,000 (Excl. Vat). The Order Value For The Total Duration Of The Agreement Is Maximized At 150% Of The Estimated Size, Being € 16,800,000 (Excl. Vat). The Aforementioned Size Is Only Intended As An Indication. The Contractor Cannot Derive Rights From This In Any Way. Transport Region Amsterdam Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee.
