General Procurement Notice for Acquisition of Goods, Works and Related Services and Consultancy Services for Chad Higher Education Development Project (PRODEST) - AGPM The objective of the Government of Chad through this project is to increase the supply of training, improve the quality of university education and strengthen the governance of the system. PROJECT COMPONENTS The project includes the following components: Improving Access to Higher Education, Improving the Quality of Higher Education, Improving the Working Environment and Strengthening the Governance of Higher Education, Consultant services for the review of technical studies and supervision of the implementation of works, Project Management Support Financial Audit and Related Services. The table below defines the categories and methods of procurement: The pre-qualification of companies is planned for the following markets in four (04) lots: (i) Construction works of the Faculty of Applied Sciences of the University of NDjamena, (ii) of the Higher Institute of Livestock of Moussoro, (iii) the National Higher Institute of Agronomic Sciences and Agro-food Technologies of Laï; (iv) Institute of Agronomic Sciences and the Environment of Sarh.
