The Subject Of This Order Is The Provision Of Service Services Of Devices Included In The Air Conditioning Installation Of The Mine Air Air Conditioning At The Regis Shaft (Hereinafter Referred To As Air Conditioning Installation), Hereinafter Referred To As Service Services. 2 Air Conditioning Along With The Purchase Of All Consumables Necessary To Perform Inspections And Diagnostics Of The Technical Condition Of The Installation. 4) Purchase And Delivery, For Separate Orders, All Parts, Components And Materials Necessary To Perform Service Services, 5) Providing Entries In Service Books, 3. Performing Service Readiness And Providing Consultations And Advice In The Operation And Functioning Of Serviced Devices 3.1 The Contractor Undertakes To Perform, At Least One -Person Service Duty 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Day. 4. Removal Of Consumables And Critical Failures And Performing Renovations 4.1 During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide Services Consisting In Removing Operational Defects Or Critical Failures And Performing Renovations Of Air Conditioning Installations In A Maximum Amount Of 850 Hours Of Work Of One Service Technician. 5. Periodic Service And Conservation Inspections 5.1 The Performance Of Service Services In The Field Of Service And Maintenance Inspections Will Take Place On Dates Resulting From The Technical And Motor Documentation Of Devices Included In The Air Conditioning Installation And Device Operating Instructions, Within Agreed Dates Agreed With The Contracting Authority Each Time. 5.2 Service And Maintenance Reviews Of Air Conditioning Installations Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Content Of The Technical And Motor Documentation Of Devices Included In The Air Conditioning Installation, And The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Diagnostics Of The Technical Condition Of The Air Conditioning Installation, 2) Performing Ad Hoc Service Services Caused By The Need To Optimize Installation, 3) Repair Work Aimed At Removing During The Inspection Irregularities In The Operation Of The Air Conditioning Installations And Renovations Resulting From The Technical And Motor Documentation Of Devices Included In The Air Conditioning Installation, 4) Maintenance Of Individual Air Conditioning Installations. 6. Spare Parts 6.1 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Subject To Paragraph 2 And 3, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Outsource Separately, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Purchase And Delivery To These Orders
