Computer-Related Professional Services-Print, Copy And Scan Services. The Demand That Will Be Put On The Market From The Province Of Utrecht Concerns Print, Copy And Scan Services. The Service Consists Of In Any Case Of The Following: A) Providing The Service Of Equipment And Software For Printing, Copying And Scanning, Including Repair, Maintenance And Consumables At The Provincial House Locations, A Draw, House Ter Heide, De Meern, Paushuize And Archaeological Depot Of Contracting Service; B) Follow-Me Protected Prints Including Setting Up And Managing The Print Queeeus (And Software) That Is Required For This; C) Onsite Services (On Location Provinciehuis) For Topping Paper, Toners, For Remedying Minor Disruptions And Giving Instructions To End Users; D) Service Management And Reports (With Regard To Volumes And Availability Versus Kpis). E) Printing Service That Continues To Connect With The Changing It Environment, Namely The Migration To The Cloud, (See Explanation In Appendix 11 Program Of Requirements). Optional Within The Assignment Are The Following Elements:  Onsite Services For Locations De Meern En Huis Ter Heide;  Expansion Of The Print, Copy And Scan Services For The Current And Future Locations Of Contracting Authority. The Specified Prices In The Price Sheet Are Used For This. The Following Elements Are Explicitly Outside The Scope Of The Assignment:  Printers For Home Use;  Mailings. The Minimum Requirements That The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Assignment Are Included In The Tender Documents, Including Appendix 11 Program Of Requirements And The Associated Appendix 12 Availability Conditions. This, On Pain Of Exclusion, Tenderers Must Conform Unconditionally What They Do By Submitting A Registration. In The Context Of The Service (At The Time Of The Start), The Contractor Must Make The Following Equipment Available And To Be Placed: Hardware Type Type 1 Z/W 2 Multi-Functional Type 1 2 Multi-Functional Type 2 18 Multi-Functional Type 3 (Mailroom) 1 Multi-Functional Type 4 2 Bulk Scanner Plottering.
