Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work - Renovation Of Kaisaniemi Park Phase 4, Total Contract. The Construction Project Consists Of Kaisaniemenpuistos Renovation Phase 4. The Implementation Phase 4 Includes The Central Playground Of Kaisaniemenpuisto (Sub-Area 12), East Side Of The Pool (Sub-Area 13), Baana (Plv 0-144) With Its Surroundings (Sub-Area 14), Kaisaniemenkenttä (Sub-Area 15), Event Support Area (Sub-Area 16), Svante Olsson Park (Section 17) And Kaisaniemi Construction Of The Turning Point (Sub-Area 19). On March 7, 2017, The Ukt Parties Have Signed A Joint Municipal Engineering Site Under The Name Of A Collaborative Agreement In Which The City Of Helsinki Is Called Main Subscriber And Other Contractors Subscribers. In This Agreement, The Uk Parties Include: Agreed On The Designation Of A Joint Vna 205/2009. All The Obligations Of The Main Contractor Mentioned In The Commercial Documents Of This Contract Will Be Transferred From The Subscribers Of The Ukt Site. Claim 1.7 Of The Contract Program Lists The Ukt Parties Of The Developer, And In Section 3.4 Separate Contracts And Other Developer Purchases. In Addition, The Procurement Limits For The Ukt Parties Have Been Clarified In The Contract Boundary. In Addition To The Plans Mentioned In The Documentary List, The Contract Includes Site Management Responsibilities And Site Services, Which Are Subject To Separate Acquisitions Of Section 3.4 And The Acquisition Limits Of The Unkt Parties Presented In The Contract Boundary. The Contract Includes Milestones. Interim Target 1, Southern Part Of The Baana (Bike Path) Received By November 30, 2025 (No Walking Share And No Deer Stairs) West Of Baana (Section 14) Received By 31.5.2026. Intermediate Objective 2, Svante Olsson Puistokuja (Sub-Area 17) Sports Area (Sub-Area 19) East Of The Water Pool (Sub-Area 13) By 30 June 2027. The Work Is Done As A Total Price Contract. The Site Will Be Fully Implemented As A Low -Emission Site, The Requirements Of Which Can Be Found In Section 4.2. The Quantities In The Plans Are Not Binding On The Subscriber. The Contractor Is Chosen As The Most Economically Advantageous Bidder. The Most Economically Advantageous Is An Offer, Which Is The Cheapest Price For Bids That Meet The Requirements Of The Developer Of The Developer. The Subcontractor /Subcontractor Of The Contractor In The Contractor Has The Right To Provide The Contract As A Subcontracting /Subcontract. Chaining Of The Procurement/Contract Beyond This Is Not Possible Without A Particularly Reasonable Reason And Must Obtain The Written Consent Of The Subscriber/Developer.
