A Measuring Network Center (Including Hardware And Software) Is Advertised, Which Is Fully Functional And The Measurement Data Processing According To The Criteria Of The Currently Valid Air Quality Guidelines (Eg/80/2008), Or Its Implementation In German Law (39. Bimschv) And The Future Eu Air Quality Guideline Adopted In 2024. The Software Must Also Be Applicable To The Criteria Of The Newly Decided Eu Air Quality Directive (2024/2881). The System Must Be Interpreted In Such A Way That It Can Be In Operation For The Next 10 Years, I.E. Regular Updates Must Be Provided. The Requirements For The New System Can Be Found In The Accommodation Of Performance Description. A Measurement Data Recording In The Measuring Stations And The Above -Mentioned Laboratories (Requirements For This Also Also In The Document Service Description).
