The Municipality Of Stadskanaal Uses Both Fixed And Mobile Telephone Services For Its Internal And External Communication. Mobile Telephony Plays An Important Role In The Current Telephony Concept Of The Municipality. Almost All Employees Have A Mobile Phone (Smartphone) For Organizing Telephone Accessibility. Fixed Telephone Sets Are (Still) Used In Some Places Within The Organization. Examples Of This Are The Customer Contact Center (Kcc) Of The Municipality, The Board Secretariat And Public Desk.
