The Logistics Department Of The Defense Forces (Hereinafter Referred To As The Procurement Authority) Requests Your Application For Participation In Keuruus Hydraulic Press Procurement In Accordance With This Request For Participation And Its Attachments. Acquisition: The Explosive Centers Keuruu Production Department Implements The Hpa-60T/3 Modification Of The Hydraulic Press (= Conversion). The Acquisition Includes A Total Supply Of Hpa-60T/3 Hydraulic Press Modification (= Changing Time), Which Includes The Fact That The Selected Supplier Dismantles Outdated Technology And Installs The New Technology, In Accordance With Separate Drawings, Focus And Procurement Documents, Total Delivery. The Aim Is To Implement The Acquisition During Next Year (2026) So That The Installation Date Of The New Technology Would Be At The Site Of 8 - 07 (June - July) For About 8 Weeks. The Parties To The Contract Agreed On The Contract Schedule In Accordance With The Terms Of The Contract To Be Signed In The Contract Schedule After The Contractors Election. The Final Reception Is Preceded By A Press Test (Cold Test /Hot Test Operation). The New Presses Must Be Fully Ready For Use And Production On July 31, 2026. The Acquisition Unit Will Send The Invitation To Tender And Its Annexes (Including Technical Definition) On The Basis Of This Request For Participation, All The Aptitude Requirements Approved By The Contracting Unit To The Tenderers.
